01 · DATABASE REACTIVATION, THEN PAID SEARCH

10,200 dead records became $54,000 before a dollar of new traffic.

They already owned the leads. Nobody had worked them twice.

Cash Home Investors had what most investors have: a database of leads they had already paid for once, sitting untouched. Ten thousand two hundred records nobody had the time to work twice.

We did not start with ads. We started with the list they already owned. In the first month the reactivation workflows produced 22 inquiries, 10 booked appointments and 2 closed deals — with platform usage under $1,500 that month.

One blog article produced an inbound organic lead in the same month. Between that lead and the reactivated database, month one came to $54,000. Nothing new was bought to produce any of it.

Paid search went live after that. Over the following six months it brought 410 leads at $39.41 each and six wholesale transactions worth $89,500, against $16,200 of their own ad spend.

410 conversions at $39.41 each, $2.90 average cost per click, $16.2K spent. These are the account totals for the paid-search period, not a figure typed into a slide.

Why that order matters more than the numbers.

Turning ads on first is the common mistake. More leads arriving into follow-up that already leaks just makes the leak more expensive — you pay for the privilege of losing them faster. Working the database first proved the follow-up held. Only then did paid traffic land on a system that could actually catch it.

Results vary. Individual results depend on market conditions, ad budget, follow-up execution, and factors outside our control. These are not typical or guaranteed results. Every figure on this page is from Cash Home Investors's own account, used with their permission. Ad spend shown is their own media budget paid to the ad platforms, not fees paid to The Transaction Platform.
