Questions closers ask

Is there really no base?
No base and no draw. What we do instead is put booked appointments from our own ad spend in front of you every week, so the pipeline is not something you have to build from nothing before you earn anything.
How does the commission actually work?
A percentage of the first month's retainer, plus a percentage of that account every month it stays active. No cap, no territory, no account limits. The exact percentages and the payout schedule are covered out loud on the first call.
Do I need real estate experience?
No. You need B2B closing experience and the patience to explain an AI agent to a 58-year-old wholesaler without making him feel stupid. We will teach you the investor vocabulary in a week; nobody can teach you the second part.
Is this a W-2 job?
No. Every seat here is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, governed by a written agreement. You set your own hours and methods, you invoice us, and you are responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
Where do I have to live?
Anywhere in the United States. The only real constraint is the clock: investors answer their phones during Central business hours, so that is when the conversations happen. Build your day around that however you like.
What happens to my resume?
It goes straight into our own system, stored where the web server cannot serve it, and it is read by the people doing the hiring and nobody else. We never ask for a Social Security number, an EIN or bank details on the form. Ask us to delete it and we will.
