A short video of a real person explaining who you are, how the process works, and what you pay builds more trust in 60 seconds than a stack of direct mail ever will. It's also reusable everywhere — the same clip works as a YouTube ad, a Facebook ad, and a landing page hero.
What to actually film
A founder or acquisitions lead on camera, talking plainly about the process, a couple of real (not staged) before/after property shots, and one closed-deal testimonial if you have it — that's a complete, effective set. Production value matters far less than authenticity here.
How far one shoot goes
A single half-day shoot typically yields 8-12 usable clips once cut down — a main explainer, several ad variants, and social cutdowns — enough content to run for a full quarter without reshooting.
Shot, edited and captioned — one shoot turned into everything you need for ads, your site and social for months.
These clips are also the raw material for Social Media — one shoot feeding a full content calendar.
