Our AI agents answer a motivated seller lead in under 60 seconds, qualify them, and book the appointment while the investor is asleep. Around it we run the marketing that feeds it — paid ads, SEO, lead generation, video and creative.

Investors buy the whole thing from one place instead of paying six vendors who all point at each other when the deal count drops. That is the pitch, and it lands because it is true.

What the job actually looks like

Run booked strategy calls with investors who asked for them. They come off our own ad spend, every week.

Diagnose their acquisition system live on the call. Where the leads come from, what happens in the first five minutes, how many turn into appointments, what a contract costs them right now.

Build and price the package with our team. You are not reading off a rate card.

Prospect on top of the booked calls. Investor meetups, REI groups, our own database, past closed-lost.

Work inside the CRM. If it is not logged, it did not happen — and an unlogged deal is one you cannot get paid a residual on.

Follow up past the point most reps quit. The money sits between touch five and touch twelve.

WHO CLOSES HERE

You have personally closed B2B deals on recurring monthly retainers, or high-value one-time contracts.

You can explain what an AI agent does to a 58-year-old wholesaler who still uses a fax number, and not make him feel stupid.

You have carried a real quota and hit it.

A heavy outbound day does not rattle you. Some days the booked calls carry it; some days you go and find the conversations.

You have lived inside a CRM pipeline and logged your own activity in it without being chased.

You need a base salary to get out of bed.

A set percentage of the first month's retainer on every account you close, paid on a stated schedule rather than whenever someone gets to it.

RESIDUAL

Every month it stays

A percentage of that account for as long as it stays active. This is the part most reps miss. Close steadily for a year and you are collecting on a year of accounts, not on this month's.

CEILING

None

No cap. No territory. No account limits. Nobody is going to tell you a lead belongs to someone else's ZIP code.
