See Where Your Deal Flow Is Leaking.

Eight questions, about 90 seconds. Then a free 30-minute call where we map your acquisition system and show you what it would take to fix the gaps.

Run by an operator with 20+ years of agency-level ad management and millions of dollars in managed Google Ads spend — focused on real estate investors and mortgage professionals.

QUESTION 1 OF 8 about 90 seconds
What kind of investing do you do?

Pick the one that brings in most of your revenue.

How many deals are you closing a month right now?

An honest number is more useful than a good one — it changes what we recommend.

What are you spending on marketing each month?

Everything combined — ads, mail, lists, lead fees.

What is slowing you down most?

The one that costs you the most deals.

What are you running today?

Select everything that applies. We would rather integrate than rip out.

How many people are working deals with you?

Including acquisitions, dispo, and anyone doing follow-up.

Where do you buy, and how soon do you want to move?

Market count is the biggest driver of what this costs.

City, county, or metro. List them all if you run more than one.

How soon are you looking to move?

Last step — where should we send the call details?

We will confirm a time that works. No one is added to a list.

Where the calendar invite goes.

So we can confirm the time — the call itself is by phone or video, your choice.

Takes 30 minutes. No obligation.

The deal is won between the lead coming in and the third call.

Most investors do not have a lead problem. They have a gap between the tools — the dialer that does not talk to the CRM, the list that never gets worked twice, the form fill at 9pm that gets a callback at noon the next day. That gap is where the marketing budget goes.

Slow first contact
A seller who fills three forms goes with whoever calls back first. Usually not the investor with the best offer.
Duct tape between tools
Every handoff between a dialer, a sheet and a CRM is a place a lead stops moving and nobody notices.
A database nobody works
The leads you already paid for sit untouched while the budget goes to buying new ones.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE CALL

Thirty minutes, three things, then a number.

01
We map what you run now
Your answers above give us the shape before we start, so the call is not spent on discovery you already did.
02
We find where it leaks
Speed to lead, follow-up depth, channel mix, what your database is worth if it were worked properly.
03
You get a scoped number
Priced for your markets and volume, not a brochure rate. Yours to keep whether or not you work with us.

The things you are actually wondering.

What does this cost?
Managed services start at $2,400/mo for one market and one channel. The platform on its own runs $299 to $1,299/mo. Everything managed is month-to-month with 30 days' notice, build fees are one-time, and ad spend goes straight to the platforms with no markup. The call is where we work out which half you need.
I already have a CRM.
Then keep it. Most of what we fix lives between the tools, not inside them. We would rather integrate with what your team already knows than spend a month migrating and retraining for no gain.
I have been burned by an agency.
Most investors we talk to have been. It is why everything is month-to-month, why the ad accounts stay in your name, and why we report cost per booked appointment rather than cost per lead — leads are the number an agency can make look good without moving your business.
How long until it is running?
Depends on scope, and the call is where we scope it. What we will not do is quote you a timeline before we know how many markets you run and what already exists.

Eight questions. Then a real conversation.

You leave with a scoped number for your markets and a clear picture of where the pipeline is losing deals — whether or not you ever work with us.
